Phase 3 will consist of a large Prayer Hall with Staff Quarters on the lower ground floor. There will also be an office with reception area and a clinic built.

The Prayer Hall will be used for puja, teachings and meditation.

Staff Quarters
The lower ground floor area of the Prayer Hall will consist of 4 self contained Staff Rooms with Kitchenette areas. There will also be a toilet block and a large store room.

The office and reception area will be used for both the Academy and the Monastery.

The clinic will be open for all residents and visitors to Tso Pema and will be staffed by volunteer medical staff from abroad.
